Remote: Hybrid working - 1 day a week in-house, 4 days remote
Brief:Join the web experience team to tackle diverse optimisation projects, involving over 300 tests and enhancements across 15 European markets.
Role:- Manage EMEA Testing & Optimisation Roadmap: Enhance website experiences for large organisations in EMEA.
- Lead & Execute Roadmap: Conduct optimisations and A/B testing to identify business improvements.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Product Managers, the Testing team, and senior stakeholders.
- Drive Optimisation Roadmap: Focus on Creative and Document Clouds for B2B customers to accelerate website-driven B2B business.
- Collaboration: Work with Design, Sales, Product, Legal, and Customer Support to conceptualise, prototype, validate, and launch new experiences.
- Goal Setting: Define goals, set priorities, and manage a backlog of features; coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Roadmap Management: Develop and prioritise a quarterly roadmap, balancing quality, customer value, and timeline.
- Optimisation Experiments: Design and conduct experiments using quantitative (A/B tests) and qualitative techniques.
- Performance Assessment: Report on initiative results against key performance indicators.
- Project Management: Experience in program/project management, especially in A/B testing and web optimisation for large enterprise websites.
- Roadmap Maintenance: Manage the EMEA Roadmap in Workfront, including global testing, and provide updates.
- B2B Experience: Build B2B site experiences through customer needs analysis, research, and data.
- Testing & Innovation: Expertise in multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and integrating testing insights into product innovation.
- Experience Design: Familiarity with customer validation techniques, including user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency with Agile and project management methodologies.
- Technical Tools: Experience with JIRA, Workfront, Roadmunk, Wiki, and SharePoint.
- Web Technologies: Solid understanding of web content management systems, preferably in a large tech or SaaS company.
