What you'll bring:
- Implementation / Change experience.
- Proven experience in leading HRIS change management.
- Demonstrable experience creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans.
- Develop training materials.
- Good coaching experience.
- Skilled in stakeholder analysis, risk identification, providing support to senior executives.
