A fantastic opportunity to work for a very well-established Housing organisation based in Central London. The Portfolio Management Office is now looking for a Programme/Portfolio Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

You will be working to deliver the company's key Technology programme of work including business change (affecting business processes, systems, data and people) as part of a broader large-scale transformation agenda.
Description
- Supporting portfolio management activity across the organisation related to their Transformation Programme, Change Projects, and Business Plans.
- Leading on portfolio reporting by providing regular and insightful updates, highlighting associated delivery risks and how these are being controlled.
- Embedding project and programme frameworks to deliver consistent and repeatable programme and project management, including benefits and other portfolio reporting.
- Leading on gap analysis across the Transformation and Change portfolio supporting the corporate strategy.
- Leading and facilitating the project lifecycle process to assess and make decisions on new change proposals through the governance framework.
- For approved change and transformation initiatives, facilitating the mobilisation of the delivery, leading the work to ensure accurate translation of objectives into planned deliverables and outcomes.
Profile
- Experience in portfolio, programme and project management frameworks and methods and their application in a large and complex setting.
- Stakeholder Management - experienced in influencing at a senior level.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
