Programme Manager
Have you managed complex, global B2B(2C) SaaS implementations?
Have you taken the central role for an implementation (project management, leading cross-functional teams, nurturing key internal/external relationships, managing internal reporting)?
A global technology company in the Events space is looking for a Programme Manager to run with, and deliver, their latest global SaaS implementation for a key client.
The platform being delivered will be purpose-built for a global live-events clients, hence the requirement for enterprise-scale-implementation experience, and will lead an experienced cross-functional team for the duration of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity through the implementation cycle
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Work to Agile methodologies: organising sprints, daily stand-ups, and demos with the Project Management team
- Take a central role in the performance of the programme – monitoring and reporting on developments
- Ensure objectives are met on schedule across functionality and performance
- Take a Customer-Success-approach to the implementation
- Manage the delivery within budget, or manage a change request process as required
- Manage/adapt resource requirements as necessary
- Recommend and lead/support continuous improvements for the implementation
Requirements:
- Strong background in Project Management
- Programme Management experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of Customer Success
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, Prince or CSM
- Experience within the live events space (preferred, not essential)
