We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Director to work for a major tier one main contractor who operate all over the UK delivering major projects across various sectors.
Looking for a Project Director to work across multiple projects across commercial new build, refurb, fit out and cut & carve. This Project Director will be based in London and have projects that spread out to the home counties valued from 50 - 100million.
This Project Director will be working for a company with a very good name in the market and considered one of the best contractors to work for in the UK due to their quality of delivery and positive work culture.
The ideal Project Director
- Experience working on high value projects circa 50 million
- Ideally 3 - 5 years experience in a Project Director role and looking to step up to Operations Director in the near future.
- Experience working as a Project Director for a tier one main contractor.
- Previous experience covering more than 1 site in commercial refurb, new build and fit out.
- Project director with a good blend of skills of managing projects as good operations skills with leading the SHEQ agenda, leader of quality and able to report back in metrics.
- Someone who is analytically minded who can find the risk and commercially astute to ensure the business is running successfully.
