We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our prestigious projects throughout London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile developments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of super-prime construction projects across London, from inception to completion, with a focus on quality, schedule, and budget management.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication throughout all project phases.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks proactively to ensure project success.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team, mentoring junior members and promoting professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the super-prime construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
