Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee a cut and carve commercial office fit-out scheme.

Requirements:

• Experience working for tier 1 / tier 2 fit-out contractors
• Pre-construction experience
• Experience working on schemes with heavy structural alterations
• Good longevity within positions
• Delivered schemes from start to finish
• Happy to travel to Central London on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on site
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project stays on track
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
