Job Title: ProjectManager - Industrial Logistics Projects

With a commitment to excellence and innovation. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced projectManager to join our team.

Position Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated projectManager to oversee large industrial logistics projects across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to execution and completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven track record of success in managing complex logistics projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of industrial logistics projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop onsite personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or project management, preferably in industrial logistics or construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate onsite teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges in a proactive manner.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
