A progressive and expanding Construction Consultancy based in London is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Construction Project Manager to enhance their team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of industry-leading projects within the vibrant heart of London.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The appointed Senior Construction Project Manager will immerse themselves in a range of compelling projects across London. These projects include challenging remodelling developments, occasional new builds, CAT A refurbishments, and CAT B fit-outs for occupiers.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Construction Project Manager include:

  • Overseeing the successful delivery of complex and high-profile construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Managing the initial stages of the RIBA Plan of Work and formulating strategic project programs.
  • Ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, within budget and timeframe.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining effective communication and reporting to all relevant parties.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

  • A construction-related degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally Chartered status through RICS, CIOB, or APM, signifying a high level of professional expertise.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Construction Consultancy environment, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working on large-scale Real Estate projects.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are flawlessly executed.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and information clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
