We are currently seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality career development programme for creative freelancers and entrepreneurs aged 18 – 30 years.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Inflexion Workspace, you will create additional opportunities for young people to gain meaningful and sustained employment within the creative industries.

You will develop the Creative Freelancers and Entrepreneurs Strategy, embedding the voice of young people within programme planning, delivery and evaluation. You will ensure that opportunities complement and enhance our existing creative offering.

Additionally, you will:

- Oversee the Workspace team
- Manage the Freelancers and Entrepreneurs budgets and provide financial reports
- Oversee the evaluation of the Creative Freelancers and Entrepreneurs programme
- Represent the Roundhouse at external and stakeholder events

About You

To be considered as a Senior Programme Manager, you will need:

- Experience leading, designing, monitoring and evaluating learning and development programmes for young people who face barriers accessing the creative industries
- Experience of youth self-employment and youth entrepreneurship
- Experience leading youth consultations
- Experience working with young people and implementing safeguarding measures
- People management experience
- Knowledge of current arts, culture and career development within the creative industries

The closing date for this role is 9th June 2024.

Some weekend and evening work may be required according to business needs.

The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role.
