Senior Project Manager | London | Full Time | £70,000-£80,000 pa

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results in high-end residential refurbishments?

Our client is a reputable West London-based design and build contractor, and is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Senior Project Manager. The company specialise in mid to high-end residential refurbishment projects, with a focus on design and build. While 80% of their work involves design and building contracts, they also excel in main contractor roles, collaborating with third-party design teams or client-side QS/PM.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the team, overseeing 2-3 projects concurrently, with construction values ranging from £250k to £2.5 million. You'll be instrumental in driving project success, utilising your problem-solving mindset, construction expertise, and professional project management skills.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Extensive UK-based high-end residential construction experience
  • Proficiency in project management best practices (e.g., PRINCE2)
  • Experience with Procore software (highly desirable)
  • Health & safety training and a thorough understanding of CDM regulations
  • Full and clean driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in contract management

What will your role look like?

  • Establish project programs and ensure optimal management
  • Identify and resolve issues throughout the construction process
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and optimise efficiency
  • Collaborate with QS and Head of Construction to appoint subcontractors
  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress and manage risks
  • Oversee Health & Safety protocols on sites
  • Coordinate with Procurement for optimal material procurement
  • Provide monthly client reporting and undertake valuations
