Vacancy: LETTINGS RENEWALS ADMINISTRATOR (Part Time – Maternity Cover)

Salary: £16.5k

Position: Maternity Cover – Part Time

Are you a competent and experienced Lettings Renewals Administrator? Would you like to join a highly successful Estate Agency and help support their busy lettings team based at their offices in Wimbledon?  Initially on a maternity cover contract, there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.

The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have current experience in renewals and achieving the best possible price upon renewal in line with the current market value, along with handling compliance related processes and negotiating with tenants and landlords.

You will be responsible for all renewals and deposit returns and be confident working within a busy team as well as working on your own.

The Company: Our client is long established Independent Sales and Lettings agency that offer a wide range of property services with several offices across South West London.

Skills required for this Lettings Renewals Administrator (Part Time) role will include:

  • Previous experience in Lettings Administration and/or Property Management
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • A confident team player
  • Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
  • Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
