SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hammersmith, W6
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SeniorLettings Negotiator to join a well known estate agency with offices in Hammersmith.
The ideal candidate will be smart, well-presented, enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and keen! You must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record within the property industry and show that you have considerable expertise about residential lettings and at negotiating tenancy agreements.
The ideal candidate for this SeniorLettings Negotiator position should have experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous lettings experience essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of Hammersmith, W6 beneficial
- Full driving license and car owner
