Due to exciting growth and expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Loan Administrator to join a specialist Banking company based in the City of London. Joining a dynamic and collaborative team, you will be working to support the Property Development Team with a range of loan administration tasks, such as KYC, AML, transfers, and preparing New Offer Letters. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with a strong grasp of anti-money laundering procedures and experience working within Property Finance. If this is you, then APPLY TODAY

Duties of the Loan Administrator - Real Estate Finance to include:

  • Ensuring the system and database is up-to-date and accurately populated with credit applications, and responsible for managing loan accounts in Due Diligence and transferring funds.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers for KYC/CDD, credit searches, and insurance policy updates.
  • Shadow payment drawdowns, process invoice payments, and handle Red Book documentation.
  • Undertake Partial Redemptions Process, update system data points, and contribute to post-completion checklists.
  • Contribute to system change requirements based on process knowledge. Produce or update process documentation and policies in response to system and process changes.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and promptly notify relevant stakeholders of any potential risks.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and requests from the Head of Support and Training, Head of Business Transformation, and PD Team Administrator.

Requirements for the successful Loan Administrator - Real Estate Finance:

  • Previous experience in loan origination support and administrative tasks is essential
  • Previous experience working within real estate or property finance is essential
  • Familiarity with Aurius system highly desirable and property development processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of KYC/CDD and anti-money laundering procedures
