O'Neill & Brennan are working with a market-leading developer who are actively recruiting for an MEPH bias Technical Coordinator for one of their masterplan schemes.

The scheme will consist of over 3,000 units in addition to retail and commercial space, and is due to be ongoing for circa 20 more years.

This role will include working with the site management team and coordinating the mechanical and electrical elements of the project. You will be required to attend site meetings, coordinate jobs, assist sales in contract development through system design, pricing, contract writing, and technical support.

Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager, you will be based on site full time with working hours being 8:30am-5:30pm.

To be successful, you MUST:

• Have MEPH experience#
• Have experience working in the construction industry
• Have experience working for a Main Contractor / Developer
• Have experience working in the UK
