About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team on an exciting residential development project in North London. This role involves working closely with their Senior Coordinator on a large RC frame project, encompassing over 70 units spread across buildings between 5 and 10 storeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of technical design and construction processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Review and manage project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support the Senior Coordinator in project planning and execution.
  • Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any variances or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with RC frame projects.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
