Account Coordinator
OA is seeking an Account Coordinator to become an integral part of our client's thriving team.
This opportunity involves joining a global contractor management organisation that offers tailored solutions to its clients. This role requires an enthusiastic and outcome-driven Account Coordinator to join the sales team.
This role includes providing excellent service that exceeds the expectations of clients. You will be the primary point of contact for new contractor referrals from recruitment agencies, and you will be trained to understand and communicate the product and service as a solution. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding compliance while working closely with the sales division to ensure a smooth process for both agencies and contractors.
Location: Moorgate
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm. Friday 9am-4pm. Mondays working from home.
Salary: £25,000 + commission. OTE £40,000.

Account Coordinator- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver service with a WOW!!
- Consultation with new contractor referrals
- Sending introduction packs and quotes
- Following-up with contractor queries
- Closing prospects and delivering high conversions.
- Using ‘power hour’ as part of work process to deliver results
- Liaising with the sales team
- Contractor On-boarding
- Detailed knowledge of solutions
- Be aware of the core values and apply them to your work process
Account Coordinator- Skills and Experience:
- Thinks with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Understanding the recruitment agency industry
- Understanding of country solutions
- Ability to manage a project from inception to completion
- Experience undertaking enquiries and queries from contractors & agencies
- Effective customer care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining service
- Suitable for graduates seeking a career in sales
