Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a leading Leisure/Retail company to recruit a Spanish speaking Food & Beverage Procurement Manager.

Experienced/Skills Required:

• Food & beverage sourcing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Confident Negiotator
• Strong knowledge of Importing products
• Supplier Quality Assurance including food safety.
• Strong Supplier/Performance Management
• Degree Level or equivalent
