We are recruiting for a Stock Manager for an exclusive new venue in London.
Your role will include overseeing all stock control processes, including ordering, receiving, quality control and inventory management, as well as purchasing, sourcing and supplier relations.
Experience in a similar Stock Manager or Procurement Officer role within a hotel, restaurant group, or high-end hospitality setting is essential.
This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with the Executive Chef, Restaurant and Bar Manager.
Awareness of costings, HACCP, quality control procedures and knowledge of ingredients/beverages would be advantageous.
You should have meticulous attention to detail, especially around inventory control and delivery checks. You will have experience managing inventory systems, stock data, and supplier accounts.
