The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the talented design team to create beautiful product. It is a very hands on role, with a very small team in a family run business.

Description
- Work directly with business owner
- Identify new product opportunities that align with customer preferences.
- Analyse market trends and apply this knowledge buy strategies.
- Oversee product quality and supplier performance.
- Contribute to the development of the overall retail strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Profile
- A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- With a very small team, have a very hands on approach to the role
- Proven experience in a womenswear buying role, product development experience is a must.
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A thorough understanding of market trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
