Architectural Project Manager Job in Antibes, France

Architectural Project Manager job in Antibes, France! A unique opportunity to be based in France to work on a luxury residential project which is on-site for the next 1 to 2 years.

A multi-award-winning, luxury property developer with properties in the South of France, Mauritius and London. Their projects range in size from 18,000 sq. ft through to 28,000 sq. ft and their designs are an understated mixture of classic design with a contemporary twist.

This bespoke project is now on-site in Antibes, and they are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with strong high-end residential and historical building experience to directly assist with the day-to-day running of this project working directly alongside their Head of Design.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To work directly with the Head of Design throughout the project, you will be responsible for providing all relevant project updates and support
  • This will be a client and contractor-facing role, providing support and advice on all aspects of the project
  • Planning and designating additional project resources as necessary
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are met within the site
  • Manage client, consultant, and supplier relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be architecturally trained/educated and have experience working on luxury homes in the UK or internationally
  • Understanding of English, Flemish, French, and Belgian design styles is highly beneficial
  • Project management experience is essential
  • Previous experience working as an Architect throughout all stages would be ideal, especially construction and site stages
  • Happy to be hands-on and have direct contact with contractors and builders
  • The flexibility to be based in The French Riveria for 1 - 2 years
  • Fluency in French and English, including written
  • Be familiar with the construction industry in this region
  • Ability to identify risk factors and take a solution-based approach
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects, Excel and Office Suite.
