Job Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Area: Wimbledon
Salary: £35k – 45k
My client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Wimbledon, they are a high-end residential property build company. Working closely with the Commercial Manager duties will include:
Position Overview
- Assist with contract packages
- Account Management
- Buying Materials and deal with the procurement method
- Client Validation
- Assisting with subcontractor
- Processing payment applications
- More specific duties will depend on the level of the individual as the role can be tailored appropriately.
Position Requirements
- Degree or HND/ Degree in discipline involving Quantity Surveying (Advantage)
- Previous experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
