Where you will be working on a variety of projects in the Commercial and Residential sector. All whilst having opportunities for progression as the company grows with technical training and chartership support opportunities.Do you have experience in a Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor position within the Commercial or Residential sector? Their high-quality service and emphasis on social impact has created success for this firm which has resulted in them having won a high number of projects, which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce.In this role you'll have a number of responsibilities including assisting with the tender process including preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids and negotiating those contracts. You'll also be responsible for cost reports and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance during projects. You will also be supporting the management of stakeholders throughout all stages of the process by building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuing strong communication is maintained throughout.Therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Junior or assistant Quantity Surveyor position within the Commercial or Residential sector.
