Assistant Quantity Surveyor Required

My client is a growing multidisciplined contractor who are now looking to grow the build team.

They undertake the following works;

• Structural Alterations
• Concrete Frames
• Underpinning
• Basement Construction

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work directly under an experienced senior QS who will offer further training and mentoring to aid your career development.

The business is now looking to expand the commercial team due to several large contract wins.

Responsibilities:

• Measurement and Cost Planning
• Production of tender documents, tender analysis, and tender reports
• Preparing Contract documents
• Cost Reporting, Valuations and cost control at the post Contracts stage
• Agreement of final accounts
• Working with the team in terms of marketing and pushing the team forward to further success.
• Attend client meetings with A Senior team member

Salary

• 40,000 - 50,000

Requirements

• 1+ years trainee or assistant quantity surveyor experience
• Degree or other technical qualification.
