 well established Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to be based in London.

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with offices offices across the country. They have a great reputation in the market and are working various exciting projects within the Public and Private sectors. Sectors include Commercial, High End Residential, Heritage, Sport, Hotels, Education, Retail, Life Sciences and Healthcare. The company culture is friendly, encouraging and collaborative.
THE ROLE
They are actively looking to recruit a Chartered/ Project Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take ownership of clients and projects across a range of sectors which provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a dynamic and interesting role. Project value over £50 million.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Quantity Surveyor must:
- Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
- Be chartered or working towards APC
- Have 4+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role
- Experience managing own projects
- Have good communication and client facing skills
