Construction Project Manager

GVR Solutions are representing a Main Contractor based in West London who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. You will be required to work on Maintenance, Small Works and the occasional Prime Residential projects all across London

As a Project Manager, you will:

• You will be responsible for day to day running of the project
• You must do your own programming
• Design comprehensive project programs and project completion plan
• Client and Site facing
• Manage Risk
• Liaise with Internal teams on project progress and problems

The Project Manager must have/be:

• Proven leadership
• A proven track record of delivery
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• A stable employment history
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised
• Able to manage multiple projects
