Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Redevelopment

We are seeking an assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to develop and hit the ground running.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for framework projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets.
- Conduct regular cost assessments, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor and analyse project financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong understanding of residential or commercial development processes and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
