We are currently seeking experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors who are interested in joining an esteemed Tier 1 subcontractor in London. Our organisation has recently secured several high-profile projects, and as a result, we are expanding our MEP team to meet project demands.
The MEP QS position is linked to a significant project involving multiple new commercial office builds, complemented by retail outlets at ground level, with an MEP package valued at 30 million. This role presents substantial opportunities for career growth; upon successful project delivery, you could take on oversight of additional projects within our pipeline, thereby contributing to the expansion of our MEP division.
In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Director, acting as the MEP counterpart, which will allow you to have a significant impact on the projects and the division's overall success
The ideal applicants will possess experience on projects around the 30 million MEP value, specifically in commercial office construction. While preferences are given to those currently working with other Main Contractors, we are also open to candidates transitioning from Tier 1 MEP subcontractors who are ready to elevate their careers.
For the right candidate we would be prepared to offer a salary up to 80K + attractive package.
