The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated project administrator to join our team. the project administrator will be responsible for assistance in the smooth and efficient management of all projects and attendance operations in the Energy sector of the business.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Support the smooth management of engineering, consultancy and marine warranty projects.
  • Arranging and maintaining external and internal surveyor relationships, competencies, qualifications and certificates.
  • Interacting and scheduling attendances between surveyors, project managers and clients;
  • Support in preparing project progress reports;
  • Tracking project invoicing schedule and payments;
  • Providing project summaries and metrics for the energy business.
  • Assisting with Document Control when required.
  • Assessing and predicting the team's availability and liaising with business line leads.
  • Supporting invoicing and reviewing relevant documents for Project Managers.
  • Coordinating meetings and arranging interviews.

The Candidate:

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications, professional expertise and personal attributes:

  • It would be advantageous to have worked in the offshore, or maritime, or recruitment sectors, but not essential;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent written abilities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and drive to deliver and continuously improve a top quality service;
  • A confident and pro-active attitude with strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Highly organised - Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and attention to detail. Manage and prioritise own workload and that of others.
