Our main contractor client is looking for Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This private housing project by the river requires an experienced QS who has experience building a project from the ground up.
Earn up to 75,000. This contractor can also provide a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role.
The Project:
- Take on a scenic residential project by the river in East London.
- Contribute to the building this large scale private housing scheme.
- Immerse yourself in a residential RC Frame environment.
About the Role:
- Join a dynamic team at a prestigious contracting firm.
- Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project.
- Utilize your 3+ years of experience in similar contracting environments.
- Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.
- Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
