Becoming a Commercial Manager is often the goal for quality Qantity Surveyors but is often made difficult due to their being no pathway to make it there.
Aesir Recruitment are working with a business who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them who has these ambitions and is willing to put in 2 years of hard work to see them come to fruition.
You'd be looking at joining on a salary of up to 60k, plus package, and would be working for a business who have had substainstal growth in the London region, having already established themselves as a top quality drylining contractor in the North.
Their projects are ordinarily large-scale commercial works with package values north of 5m, working for Tier 1 contractors across the region.
You would have experienced commercial staff on hadn to help you develop into a strong commercial manager in time.
All you'd need is:
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Dryliningexprience
Commercial build experience
and, ideally, a degree in a related field
