Location: Watford.
Office & Site based role.
Salary: Up to 拢65K.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team, you will need to be driven, organised and an excellent communicator.
This will be an office-based position working from our office based in Watford.
We can consider candidates from all backgrounds with varying experience as full training and support will be provided.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will:
路 Preparing and overseeing project budget/cost plans - ensure Gross Profit target is achieved across all projects.
路 Establishing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and the wider team
路 Attending client meetings, providing feedback on project throughout.
路 Review quotations and ensuring they are cost effective and competitive whilst liaising with the estimating team.
路 Creating scopes to help with sub-contractor requirements.
路 Pricing and agreement of non-standard rates
路 Invoice processing
To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor you will need:
路 Experience in a similar role
路 An interest in the Retrofit industry
路 Good IT skills and competent in the use of MS Excel and Word
路 Understanding of construction contracts
路 Good oral and written communication skills
