Quantity Surveyor

4site Recruitment are working with a leading super prime residential contractor to find a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. You’ll play a key role in delivering some of London’s most prestigious high-end residential projects, with strong opportunities for development and long-term progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit companay with a robust pipeline of exciting upcoming projects.

• Manage cost control across luxury residential schemes from start to finish

• Assist with procurement, tendering, and subcontractor packages

• Conduct site valuations, cost forecasting, and financial reporting

• Prepare and negotiate interim applications and final accounts

• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and design professionals

• Maintain accurate commercial records using Excel and internal systems

• Attend site regularly while benefiting from hybrid work options once established

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on UK-based projects

• High-end or super prime residential experience strongly preferred

• Open to candidates from broader residential backgrounds with strong commercial acumen

• Proficient in Excel and confident managing documentation digitally

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• Degree or formal qualification in Quantity Surveying welcomed but not essential

• Must be eligible to work in the UK
