TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across high-rise developments and commercial schemes.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of dry lining and ceiling packages
- Prepare and submit CVRs, payment applications, and approve wages and subcontractor payments
- Handle variations, final accounts, and cost reporting
- Collaborate with site teams to maintain budgets and timelines
- Site based role working with the Project Manager and attending site meetings
- Report to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
- Procure materials and set up call-off agreements
About the Company:
- Specialist in drywall and ceilings
- Projects valued between £1M - £5M
- Working with Tier 1 Main Contractors
- Focused on high-rise student accommodation and residential buildings
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical understanding of dry lining and ceilings
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Confident using IT and preparing reports
- Full UK driving licence
