Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of quantity surveying on data centre projects
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of the data centre industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (MRICS or equivalent) is preferred
