Job Description: We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join our clients team. As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales in and around the area. This role offers the opportunity to work more flexible hours, with some home working.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers.
  2. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and other industry professionals.
  4. Manage and update property listings on various platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12 months of experience in property sales, preferably within the London market.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of relevant property laws, regulations, and procedures.
  7. Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for property listings and client management.
  8. Flexibility with working hours to accommodate client needs and property viewings.
