We are seeking a proactive and personable Estate Agent to join an established property development company who specialise in high specification homes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is ready for immediate start and is comfortable with travelling to various Showhomes across East London and occasionally in North London.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct property viewings and manage open house events across various locations in East London and occasionally in North London.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering high-quality customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate property sales and lettings, and effectively close deals.
- Generate and follow up on leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on the local property market.
- Prepare and present business proposals to clients.
- Maintain a strong presence in the local community by networking and attending relevant events.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to property transactions are completed efficiently.
- Proven track record of sales within the property industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts between 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm
- The ideal candidate needs to be very flexible around working hours, especially if there is an evening viewing.
