A leading Estate Agent is looking for a new Senior Sales Negotiator to come in and join their successful Residential team based in Totteridge, N20. With 6 networked offices based in and around the area, this market-leading agency is looking for a candidate with at least 2+ years of Estate Agency experience and somebody who wants to learn everything there is to know about the industry in a supportive, hardworking, and competitive environment.In return, the Senior Sales Negotiator will receive the following package:
- £30,000 Basic salary
- Commission (£60,000 OTE)
- Car Allowance
Key duties of the Senior Sales Negotiator include:
- Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from prospective buyers on a daily basis.
- Carry out property viewings, highlighting the benefits of the location and amenities.
- Negotiate offers with vendors and prospective applicants.
- Communicate with solicitors to ensure a timely completion of negotiations.
- Advising vendors on ways of increasing their property’s value.
- Taking on new instructions and assisting in the preparation of details for window displays and websites.
- Meeting and exceeding set monthly targets.
