Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agent in Muswell Hill

* Essentials - Driving licence, own car & experience as a Lettings Negotiator*

OTE £50k+ - Basic salary up to £20k + circa £300 per month car/fuel allowance

5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS!

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.

Requirements:

• A full Driving Licence
• Proven experience in a sales position
• Self-driven with a can do attitude
• Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
• Interest in property
• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
• Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
• Well organised
• A natural Negotiator
