Job: Property Manager - London (Battersea)

AM Talent are working with one of London's most forward-thinking, multi-award-winning, Independent estate agencies who are the forefront of social media excellence extending their reach across the globe with their city center presence in London, Overseas property consultancy in Saudi Arabia and investment hub based up in Manchester. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager who will join their team of property professionals in their central London offices.

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm with occasional emergency work if required

Responsibilities

  • ???Manage residential properties across London, overseeing daily operations of reactive and urgent tasks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Address tenant inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs within budget, liaising with contractors.
  • Review property inspections on check-out's to identify maintenance needs.
  • Stay informed on relevant regulations (including HMO's & licensing) including market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous property management experience in a residential property is required. (1-2 years minimum)
  • Organisation, attentiveness, and resilience
  • Self starter and problem solver
  • Tech savvy with experience/ability to work with property management CRM systems and software alike.
