A global leader in the Management Consulting space is hiring into their Assets Advisory practice, focusing on either Defence and Government OR Corporate Real Estate clients.

Their Assets Advisory team is the go to strategic advisor and delivery partner for complex real estate related business challenges, working across a range of corporate, financial services and public sector clients. Some candidates coming in will focus on Defence and Security and Central Government clients, whereas others will focus on Corporate Real Estate across the Private and Public Sectors. Examples of engagements include:

  • Developing Estates and Asset Management Strategy to reduce cost and bring clients closer to achieving Net Zero
  • Defining the CRE and FM strategy for the delivery of a high-profile facilities and workplace services transformation programme;
  • Designing and establishing a new target operating model for a client organisation, including the supply chain and service delivery models;
  • Reviewing the commercial and financial parameters in international facilities management contracts to identify potential opportunities, risks and mitigation measures to implement;
  • Supporting a client to identify a new head office location, define the outline requirement and stand up the programme to relocate, deliver and service this new workplace to its 2000+ staff;

Key Requirements to be successful in this role include:

  • A background working on complex Infrastructure or Real Estate related transformation across clients in EITHER Defence and Government OR the Private Sector.
  • Evidence of high performance and /or quick progression
  • Experience of stakeholder management (whether internal or external)
  • Project and Programme Management experience across Capital Projects and Real Estate
  • Fantastic communication and experience working in teams.
