Hexagon Group have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Director to join a lively, mixed-use estate where no day is the same. The estate consists of several prominent office buildings, high-end retail / food & beverage, and areas of public realm. Our client is a hugely respected property management company, who continue to grow year on year and have some of the UK's prime assets under their management.

As the Estate Director, you will form part of the senior leadership team for the estate and head up the estates management and events management teams who look after the vast amount of public realm and busy events program throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of 2 members of staff, and further oversight of a team of 10.
  • Close liaison with your client, working with them on strategic planning of the estate.
  • Overseeing statutory compliance for the estate and create strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Alongside your team, collectively produce and manage the estates service charge budgets.
  • Working with your internal events team to engage with tenants and attract a higher footfall from the public.
  • Management of the FM service partners across the estate, closely working with the Head of Security on creating initiatives to limit any issues.
  • Embracing the ESG initiatives and creating innovative ways to improve this across the estate.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working at a senior level based on either a mixed-use estate, a large multi-purpose shopping centre, or another complex with high levels of public visiting. Furthermore, you will hold strong knowledge of health & safety procedures which will be backed up with an IOSH / NEBOSH certificate, be comfortable building relationships with clients who have high expectations and have previous experience in mitigating risks relating to security matters and health & safety.
