We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our client as a ContractAdministrator. In this role, you will manage and oversee contracts within the company whileensuring that the terms and conditions of all contracts are fulfilled in accordance with the agreed uponterms.

Main Responsibilities:* Drafting and creating real estate contracts while ensuring accuracy of the intentions andagreements of all parties involved including lease agreements, purchase agreements, andreal estate and management contracts (construction, renovation, leasing, sales, purchase,offers, etc).* Conducting thorough reviews of all contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws,regulations, and company policies.* Maintaining records for all contracts, amendments, and their related correspondence.* Ensure effective communication between all parties throughout the transaction process.* Addressing and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during a transaction.* Collaborating with various entities including, legal professionals, real estate agents, andother stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.* Staying informed about any changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure contractsand transactions continue to comply with the latest legal standards.

Requirements:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong collaboration skills.* Excellent knowledge of current real estate laws and regulations* Positive can-do-attitude with the eagerness to build strong interpersonal relationships.* Willing to join immediately.
