Recruitment Consultant  Australasian Recruitment Company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is wanting to build a career in helping great companies hire great people. You will join a team of passionate, driven and successful recruiters who genuinely care about the experience of candidates, clients and each other.  About usAustralasian Recruitment Company is a leading boutique recruitment company with almost 20 years of success, working with a wide range of clients in the London market. We are trusted advisors to over 150 companies in London which include some of the biggest names in the technology, fintech, media, financial and professional services, education, and charity sectors (plus much, much more!!).  What our clients say about us‘Unlike many recruitment agencies I have dealt with, Australasian go out of their way to understand not only the requirements of each role but also our culture and ethos, and as a result, they always know (and provide) the exact candidate we need.  Every time we speak it is like I am speaking to a colleague rather than an external agency and our highly collaborative and consultative relationship means we no longer interview prospective candidates; we simply provide a job description and they provide a name (often to very tight timelines)’  What our candidates say about us (4.8 rating on Google Reviews):‘From the first conversation you have with a team member at ARC, you feel as though someone is on your side/rooting for you! They are great at communicating, honest, and really take the time to get to know your experience/goals/needs in your initial conversation. I fully trusted them to place me in a role’  RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
