100% permanent recruitment
28 consultants on average billing £510,000 PA
Top billers = £2.4m, £1.5m, £1m, £850,000
Fee sizes range from £10,000 up to £500,000
All employees in their first full year have billed between £200,000 - £400,000

Earning potential:

On average we are securing people 20% salary increase. There are 4 revenue streams accessible as you progress: commission, managerial override, and 2 x profit sharing options. Earning potential scales from 36% - 50%.
