We are a successful and fast-growing national practice with the ambition of becoming the market leader in Salesforce recruitment, from a staffing, skills, advisory and project delivery perspective, covering the UK & Ireland and we want you to join our team.

Your new role

We are looking to hire into a number of key positions as we further expand our team starting at appointing a Senior Consultant or above.

It's an opportunity to grow your career within a niche specialism which is currently booming. Typical deliverables include developing a pipeline of relevant talent, creating meaningful relationships with new and existing clients and becoming a subject matter expert on all our products and services. We simply want great recruiters who can collaborate to organically develop our client offerings.

What you'll need to succeed

This is has essentially grown from a start-up to a scale-up business; therefore, you will need to use your commercial recruitment knowledge to deliver against targets and achieve significant headway and growth.

The four core attributes you will require are:

360 Recruitment experience
Experience managing multiple projects
Solutions orientated
Desire to exceed our client's expectations & beat the opposition
