Due to growth, they now have an exciting vacancy for a Trainee Executive Search/Recruitment Consultant As a successful Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you can expect:

A starting base salary of 25-28k
First-year uncapped earnings exceeding 30k

As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you will:

Cover the full spectrum of executive recruitment, focusing initially on candidate research and generation
Receive the very best in training, working alongside experienced and successful Consultants
Strategically target prospects
Manage database integrity
Research, map out, and gather data on market segments, and key “movers and shakers”
Effectively manage multiple projects
Add to the atmosphere of a dynamic office

The ideal Trainee Executive Search Consultant will demonstrate the following:

A recent degree
A portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc)
Prior experience in a relevant market (recruitment, not-for-profit, arts, etc,)
A highly professional approach
First-class communication and presentation skills
High degrees of motivation, drive, commitment, and commercial awareness
A positive and proactive attitude,
Project management, research, and analytical skills
Gravitas and a go-getter mentality
Strong organisational skills
