Trainee Recruitment Consultant - 2023 Graduates wanted!

My client is looking to speak to top 30 University graduates who want to start their career in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

SALARY: £24,750 basic, Uncapped Commission OTE £35-40K year 1, £55K-65K year 2, £85K+ year 3

LOCATION: Shoreditch, City of London

My client specialises in helping companies to find the top tech talent in the market. As experts in the software engineering and data science industries, they can provide a data-driven approach that reduces the time to hire.

You will have the opportunity to work with the brightest technology professionals, and work alongside the likes of Netflix, Spotify and Airbnb!

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Sourcing top talent through a variety of platforms and pitching your services
Finding new business through cold calling/ emailing
Building a strong network of candidates and clients
Growing and nurturing relationships
Listening to the needs and wants of your candidates and clients to match them together

The Requirements:

2:1 or above from a top 30 University
Extra-curricular activities / sports / societies
Work experience throughout studies is essential (ideally commercial / sales)
Entrepreneurial mindset
Enthusiasm and coachability
Eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge
