TRM is partnering with a financial services recruitment business that is actively seeking entry-level recruiters to join its team.

The Opportunity
- Joining the business initially as an Associate, you will work alongside the Managing Director, directly assisting him in sourcing candidates for his clients’ opportunities.
- Once you hit your first promotion (within 6-12 months), you will have the opportunity to develop your own client base and grow the revenue you generate for the business and the commission cheques.
The Profile
- Degree Education
- Sporting background - ideally played to a reasonable level (1st Team/2nd team), if not good sporting achievements.
- A clear understanding of the job as a recruiter
- Hardworking & financially motivated
