They are currently looking to recruit for an Associate Director, who has experience in or is looking to work projects within the consumer sector for a variety of clients.
KEY DUTIES
- Taking a lead in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationships
- Manage and motivate project teams to ensure efficient and profitable research
- Being a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that the work delivered is something to be proud of
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience within qualitative research, with a passion for brand and communications
- Previous experience pro-actively growing existing accounts
- Previous experience developing and pushing more junior members of the team, helping drive progression
